Course Description:
This course will focus on critical artistic approaches to food and agriculture from a relational, personal perspective.
Weekly Responses
Weekly reading responses: Submit a response to the weekly theme/readings IN ADVANCE of class, either via email as a word or pdf file (up to and including the evening before class) or on paper (if the day of class). Responses should be reflective; they can be conversational (read: informal but legible). The purpose is to assist in preparedness for contributing to the weekly discussion and serve as an annotated bibliography of the readings for your records. Approximately 1-2 paragraphs or 300 words each.
